CEDAM works closely with Vision 2020

Vision 2020 aims to bring together Community Development Corporations, Habitat for Humanity Chapters, Community Action Agencies, and other relevant entities to accomplish its mission of: "Developing local comprehensive revitalization plans that focus resources on locally identified target areas to eliminate substandard housing and the conditions which cause it by 2020."

CEDAM is active with Michigan Training and Technical Assistance Collaboritive (MITTAC)

MITTAC was established by the organizations and agencies across Michigan that provide training and technical assistance to Michigan nonprofits and local units of government engaged in sponsoring, producing, and/or operating affordable housing and other community development activities.
